Return Policy
We take great pride in each outfit that we make. 99% of the outfits that we
make fit our customers exactly as they imagined. As with any online business, however, there will be the occasional circumstance where a mistake was made. When this happens we are more than happy to assist in taking care of the problem depending on the circumstance. For our custom orders, we do not offer refunds as each outfit is made specifically to the measurements that we receive from the client. If the completed outfit arrives and the customer finds that the measurements are different from the ones that were requested, we are more than happy to alter it to the correct measurements for no charge. If, however, the measurements are correct but it turns out that maybe they were not taken properly we would still be more than happy to alter them to the proper size for a small fee. Because of this, please make sure somebody who has experience sizing people does the measurements. It may take a bit longer, but we promise it will save you any unneccessary headaches in the future. We do accept returns on non-custom orders such as castanets within 14 days as long as they have not been used. We do not cover shipping on returned items. As stated earlier, these problems are few and far between, but it is our goal to keep every customer completely satisfied and coming back to us again and again. OLE!!!
